TGIF

I hired a myptdirect personal trainer today and I can't wait to get started on the workouts! I am so clueless when it comes to what I should be doing at the gym. My trainer has been awesome and I love that I can call him or email him with any of my questions.

Today's food & exercise log:


Fresh juice: 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 cup pineapple, 1 cup strawberries, 1 handful raspberries
Banana
8 Strawberries
Spinach salad w/ peppers, carrots, green olives, sunflower seeds, EVOO
1 slice Kashi Med. pizza
Apple
Handful of popcorn
Baked potato w/ salsa & avocado
1 tsp chocolate frosting
