As much as I love the weekends, I'm not a fan of Sundays. I think I dread Mondays so much that it has an effect on my Sundays. Oh well. I am super sore today from my first workout. My butt hurts. My shoulders hurt. My chest hurts. My thighs hurt. Muscles that I didn't even know that I have hurt. I guess this is a good thing. Due to the pain I didn't do much today...
Today's food & exercise log:
Walked 30 minutes on the treadmill. 50 crunches.
2 eggs scrambled w/ 1 piece ww toast w/ jelly.
Chili w/ parm cheese & crackers
Small baked potato w/ chili & cheddar cheese
Lite soy milk w/ chocolate protein powder
2 wedding mints
